The Leveled-Up Leadership Intensive

Become A Leader You Would Follow Anywhere

A 10-Day Journey To Stronger Leadership
November 1 - 13, 2023

a virtual, complimentary program

Strong leadership is both a magic eraser and infinite multiplier.

Here’s what I mean:

Surrounded by a windstorm of ambiguous agreements, changing conditions, and distracting chaos?
Strong leadership is what will get you to a more clear, more anchored, and more focused place.
Feeling at a loss for control, watching as ideas, resources, and opportunities seemingly dwindle away?
Strong leadership is what will get you back in the driver’s seat and engaged with possibility.

Leadership isn’t an ambiguous idea that is fun to philosophize about. Leadership is the engine behind effective action. It’s the vehicle that carries results.

But here’s the thing about leadership - it doesn’t matter how practiced of a leader you already are. There’s always more room to grow. And this is where I see a lot of promising leaders get it wrong.

Being a leader is not a been-there-done-that destination. The best leaders are on a constant journey of discovery and growth - especially when it’s uncomfortable or it feels easier to stay in the ‘good enough’.  Why would someone pour so much energy into building their leadership when things are already going just fine?
Well, here’s the thing…

Whenever any of us levels up in our leadership, our lives, our work, our businesses, our teams, our results, and yes, even our luck grows, too.

And with all of that to gain, why wouldn’t leaning into the next level of your leadership be a priority?

The Experience

During our 10 days together, I will support you in reaching your next level of leadership. Here’s how that will work:

  • Every day, for the 10 days we are together, you will receive a brief video with a corresponding exercise - a daily action you can take to work on your leadership - emailed directly to your inbox.

  • On four of the days, we will come together via zoom for in-depth experiential workshops built to help you unlock a deeper connection with your leadership.

  • Throughout the program, you will send me specific questions and/or situations you would like coaching on. Then, at three different points throughout the intensive, I do a Q&A session and provide anonymized coaching on your situations via a private podcast-style broadcast.

  • Finally, you will receive a 1:1 private 60-minute coaching session with Lisa to help you really anchor in your next level of leadership. You may use this session at any point between signing up and the end of 2023.

This intensive is for you if…

  • You currently hold - or are working towards holding - a professional position of leadership.

    • This might be a formally or informally titled position within the workplace (e.g. executive, business owner, supervisor, project manager, initiative lead, etc.), or this might be a volunteer position outside of your day job (e.g. volunteer board member, chamber of commerce committee chair, PTA president, etc.).

  • You have a baseline orientation to leadership. Whether you’ve participated in other leadership programs, received coaching, or are simply a self-educated leadership junkie - this program presumes at least a preliminary knowledge of leadership fundamentals.

  • You are ready to turn learning into action. Leadership is not a spectator sport. And this is not a program that will do much for you if you are half in/half out.

  • You’re curious, open, and ready to explore what your next level of leadership looks like.

  • And finally, this intensive is especially for you if you have a specific issue, concern, obstacle, or goal you are facing. Whether you’re gearing up for a big negotiation or you can’t figure out how to deal with that impossible coworker, having a specific scenario to workshop throughout the intensive will help you get even more out of the material and out of your own growth.

FAQs

What if I can’t make all of the live workshops?
While attending all of the live sessions is highly encouraged and recommended, it may not be possible for everyone for every workshop session. The recordings of each workshop will be sent out to participants within 24 hours of the session, and if you want to fully participate in the program, you will want to watch the recording within 24 hours of receipt.

Do I need to use my 1:1 call(s) during the 10 day intensive period?
After you register, you will receive access to a link where you can schedule your 1:1 call(s) at any point between the time you register and 2023. Any calls not scheduled before the end of 2023 will be forfeited.

This intensive interests me, but I’m not sure I’m considered a ‘leader’. Should I still register?
If the content of this program resonates with you, I would encourage you to register, even if you don’t have a formal leadership position or struggle with calling yourself a leader. However, if you have any questions, you can send me an email: lisa@lisahusseini.com

Client Appreciation

“Lisa has a remarkably innate understanding of what makes people tick, and she is truly skilled at using it to help people navigate the internal and interpersonal obstacles that stand between them and their potential. She has guided me through some of the most successful negotiations of my life. And when my team members have ambitious projects that involve lofty or complex goals, Lisa is the person I call and trust to guide them as they endeavor to execute their vision. No matter how high someone sets their sights, Lisa knows exactly how to get them there - gracefully and effectively.”

- Vice President, Nationally Recognized US Residency Program

“Working with Lisa has been a transformative experience that continues to impact me long after our sessions have finished. She has this knack for exploring things that I wouldn’t have ever thought of covering that end up being more useful than I could have imagined. Lisa has an uncanny ability to find the right gem of wisdom or story to spark transformation, but most of all, Lisa is someone who is 100% in your corner, your biggest cheerleader and your greatest champion. I wouldn’t be where I am in life without her and I wish everyone could have Lisa in their life.”

- Entrepreneur and Speaker, Forbes 30 under 30 Honoree

“Lisa is a valuable thinking partner and coach who has consistently helped me find solutions when I, or my organization, feel confronted by obstacles. She has helped me launch massive initiatives that required a new level of institutional commitment and engagement. Lisa really gets how things operate on a subtle level, and her straightforward one-conversation-at-a-time approach is extremely effective.”

- Founding President, Internationally Established Non-Profit Organization

“The thing about Lisa - and what makes her so effective at what she does - is that she 100% walks her talk. She never asks people to look at or work through anything she hasn’t looked at or worked through herself. After knowing her for so long, it’s clear that she holds herself to an extremely high standard for how she moves through the world. So when she holds the bar high for her clients, it’s unusually believable and extremely motivating.”
